I'm going to assume the skin is Barbed Axe, and the barbed doesn't refer to a suffix.

If req 9 then a couple of plat, if higher I'd just merch as it is a common and unpopular skin.

Merch, even if it's insc. Not worth the time to sell, even clean.

It's not a popular or uncommon skin. Hero/merch imo. It will likely be hard to sell.
