Map

I have a copy of the original GW map but I was wondering if there was one which incorporated the Eye of the North, Factions and Nightfall maps.

I know the latter 2 are stand a lone campaigns but seeing as the characters can travel between them it would be useful to at least see them as different continents or something on the same map

The way i read it is that he wants 1 map with Tyria, Cantha and Elona on it...
