and there is this thing called a "focus target".Say I want to keep an eye on the other teams healer, I would simply press shift+left mouse button (could be whatever) and I would get a little cast bar of that player. I could now switch targets while still keeping an eye on that healer. If I wanted to target my "focus" all I would have to do is press shift + right mouse button.
