Can Guilds be Merged?

I have heard the phase “the guilds were merged” flung about here and there. If it is possible to do this, I would like to know how it is done.

My hubby and I began the game with 3 guilds because we just wanted to have our characters wearing 3 different cloaks. We were just cape wearers and not doing too much with our guilds. Although, my husband did buy a guild hall with his guild and a Xunlai agent to go in it. The guild hall was too dark and dingy for me so we never ended up using it and we want a different hall.

Now we are starting to collect people. Friends we have asked to play are joining our guilds and we want to know if there’s a way to combine them.

Guild A has our friends in it as well as a very casual player who is difficult to reach. Actually we put everyone else in this guild because our casual playing friend joined this guild a long time ago, and it was just more practical to keep our friends together in one guild.

Guild B has the hall with the Xunlai agent, but I don’t like the hall at all.

Guild C has the guild name and cloak we want to use (although we would like to change the tag).

What we’d like to do is change the hall for Guild B, keeping the Xunlai agent. Then we would cancel Guild C. Rename Guild B the name that Guild C had, making the cloak for Guild B the same as the one from Guild C. Then somehow merge Guild A and the new Guild B together so that all of the people are still there and we don’t have to ask each one to individually join up again. The latter item is only for the benefit of a guy we can’t get a hold of easily and we don’t want him to come back to the game and wonder what happened to us.

Anyone know if any of this is possible, or do we just have to scrap everything and start all over again, remaking Guild C to change the tag, buy a new hall and Xunlai agent and have everyone come and join Guild C, forgetting about our buddy we can’t reach until he whispers us?

Yeah basically you have to kill everything..and start again. Kick your friend (the casual one) from the Guild he is in..and re-invite him to the new one, i am sure that when he comes online he will hit G see the invite and accept it It's a good way to keep track of people you can't easily reach but want them in the Guild.

P.s you can change Guild halls and still keep NPC's, but what you are asking for will need you to scrap all 3 and start again.
