q11 but great mods. Got an in game pc of 30-50k but have my doubts.

prob. 15k-20k

It's not caster modded...so it's for warriors...and the high req brings the price down then.

Perfect salvage the mods then 10-15k clean.

Swapping to caster mods won't make a difference.
