With the buff of some of the necromancer sacrifice skills costing 1 energy, I've created a nice build that can be used in pve and pvp. And who knows, it could be a nice farming build with some variations.

Link to the build is here

I ran a nearly idential (signet of sorrow and consume corpse instead of plague touch and machoism) build for nearly two years (hey it's a chaotic/fun build) before the energy cost reductions and loved it.

Machoism makes it even easier now which can give some extra energy if you're feeling dangerous. Try swapping out AOTL for Contagion or Vampiric Spirit for more damage. Yes, it requires some more monk support, but seeing lots of unblockable damage is the best part of the build. Chasing down fleeing enemies is the downside of the AOE update but at least that reduces how often your getting hit. Siphon Speed is a nice remedy if your willing to sacrifice the attribute points.

Anyways, great build for people who don't mind constant havoc. You need to always balance your sacrifice & health. Also, don't recast blood renewal UNTIL it wears off, so that you get the health bonus. Enchant removal, snares, and life degen are it's biggest weakness, since you can effectively suffer 2X the normal health degen and 2X the normal life stealing damage, because AOTL doesn't reduce these yet your life is still half it's normal amount.
