The guild wars web site now lists best buy and circuit city as vendors for the BMP
I was not going to buy it but my son wanted it so I went ahead and bought through best buy
All we received was a pdf of the faq from guild wars - no access code of any kind.
both best buy and circuit city are using digital river as their distribution so I suspect the same is true for circuit city.
Unless you just want a copy of the faq fro Guild Wars BMP for 9.99 - DO NOT BUY.
Caution - buying BMP through digital river

I only buy from big companies like Amazon because i don't know anyone can setup a website with stuff to buy from and they can just steal your credit card info

Try Google.
Contact Best Buy or NC-Support and ask them how it is supposed to work, I would have thought you would recive a the Key-Code in the Software pack from Best Buy.
Tom Swift
Yeah - already began the contact support process before posting here, of course.
and yes, digital river is a major corporation plus i went to it directly from guildwars.com
Just trying to save others the hassle of the whole support process they figure out what they are doing by warning you not to buy it there at this point.

so are you saying that since YOU didn't get a code (which is a common problem, try searching next time) from this company that they don't put codes in any of their products?

I am talking about purchasing the BMP - which does not come in a box.
I am assuming there is a mix up in communication between NCsoft and digital river in setting up the key system and am simply cautioning people not to go this route to purchase the BMP until they figure out how they supposed to be giving the keys.

Tom Swift,
check your e-mails, they might have sent the code that way.
