I don't even know what a "speed build" is and I'm not new to Guild Wars. Care to explain what it is you are looking for that is defining of a "speed build"?

There are, but you only need 1, not a whole build.

A bar full of running skills, without offense or preservation, will only provide you ample time to examine closely the fine soils of Tyria.

Running skills is a given, but skills that add armor or protection help also. Or the assassin skill shadow form helps.

Which class are you looking to have the build on?

Judging by your request, here is the ultimate W/A speed build.

To continue in that vein, Hey! that's my build, how you guess it?:>

To the OP tho; in GW speed is not always a great thing, it used to be that running places was good, but that is an outdated concept on the whole. For better advice ( and less sarcasm ) tell us the type of char you are playing, and whether you are looking for attack speed buffs, or general ones. Also tell us why you want this build, as it will allow us to give better advice

Im making a Ranger/Mesmer, I want a few good speed skills for pvp. Like i want atleast a few run speed skill and faster attack skill if possible. I only have GW and Eye of the north also.

IDK, would a ranger/warrior seem like a better build for what im looking for

You really only need 1 skill devoted to each. You don't need a whole bar otherwise you would have no offense.

To give you some general tips though, Rangers have plenty of skills like that. For movement speed, there are skills like [skill]Escape[/skill], [skill]Storm Chaser[/skill], [skill]Dodge[/skill], and others that can be found in other games. For IAS (increased attack speed), there are skills like [wiki]Rapid Fire[/wiki], [skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill], [skill]Tiger's Fury[/skill]. You can find more definitive lists on wiki.

Under the "Cam" column on both lists, you want P or E (Prophecies = GW original recipe, E = eye of the north)
