Out of curiosity, since this is StormDragonZ thread, shouldn't we be discussing his ideas? Not posting our own?
Besides, he's a Necro boss, why would he have a Hammer? I realize there's that one boss that has a weird green drop, but seriously.
Anyway, to OP: I kind of like the ideas, but there's no way they're gonna add new greens to a dying game when they can work on GW2.

change the heart of darkness's weakness modifier to something useful
my bad i was thinking of cyndar but still if im gunna run up the snake dance.... i'd rather get something good at the end instead of a curses focus thats not even worth 3k

One it's a 'frost-maw', but a Maw afterall, so people may confuse them.

Anyways, it's so annoying to get to Maw that it could have not only greens for Necromancers, like Frostmaw have for may other professions.

yes those items are a good idea

just make it only necro based items

The +30 would probably have to be changed as you can't get this mod on wands.
However, i'm all up for the idea of Maw dropping greens
