Account problem, please help :-(

I played GW quite a while back so I decided to start it up again. After installing GW and Factions I could not remember my login so I tried some e-mail addresses of years gone by with no luck. Mmm... maybe they deleted my account so I tried to create a new one. First added the Factions key and it went through but when I entered GW key it told me it was in use. Great, lets contact them. Created a master account so I can post a question. Oh.. I have to enter my game keys.. no problem. They tell me none of my keys are valid GW keys. Now what. Can only play Factions and no way to contact NCSoft to find out about my old account or new one for that matter.

keep your support ticket open, they will close it in 72 hours if you dont keep e mailing them.
as long as you have the original keys in your possesion it should all work out eventually.
also sounds ike your factions key is not linked to your prophecies account...

Ok since this is sort of relative to his problem can I ask a question. I haven't played GW for a while becuase of a bummed out Graphics Card and I'm getting a new one soon will my account still be there or does Anet delete accounts that haven't been in use for like 60 days or something?

They never delete accounts for being inactive for a period of time.
