How can I get sunspear points other than HM or tedious quests? I'm only rank 2 sunspear

Take every bounty you can get your hands on while you're out doing those quests, that will cut the grind down a bit. When you get to the Remains of Salahjalah(sp), the LB/SS farming run is about the fastest way to get your rank up in both titles. Sorry there's no magic wand to make it quicker.

I did the same as you to get my ele to survivor. After reaching level 20 and coming back to noob island in NF the only blessings I couldget was from the scale shrine just outside Beknur Harbour.

lol, if i get this right. You traveled to eotn as soon u turned to lvl 10 ?
And now when u have reached lvl 20, you cannot take the bouties and gain sunspear points ?

You need the sunspear points to get the two attribute quests, and to get to the Venta Cemetery mission in Kourna (sunspear rank 7, requirement waived for Tyrian and Canthan characters).
If you're no longer getting bounties in Istan, you'll have to wait unti you get to Kourna before you can start getting NM bounties again. As long as you're level 17 or higher, you won't find the primary quest/mission sequence to be an obstruction.

2 - City place ( N/W of the map ), even if u dont have the mission yet : Infamous skale run. About 30 + pts per 4-5 min. You will find 5 -6 groups of lvl 13-15 scales and at the door of the mission palace there are 20 ish lvl 2 Scales all groupes togheter. Piece of cake m8
I just search all places around Istan and thats the best route.
Lvl 10 go straight to kick some A55 boxing.

To the OP: You've outleveled Istan. Do the missions and any outstanding quests, then go to the mainland. Once there you'll be able to get bounties.
