Where is Tahlkora?

Can anyone help me? I can't find Hero Tahlkora anywhere. I have completed all quests leading up to 'following the trail' primary quest and have spoken to Jerek who just says go to the Cliffs of Dohjok. I am not getting add a hero option anywhere on the map. Arenanet couldn't help. I'm really worried that I'll have to start the whole lot again. Arghhhhhh!!!! Where do you find her normally?

You need to complete the quest Big News, Small Package, which you get from Castellan Puuba. It's one of the main quests so you can't miss it! :P

I have - this is my problem. I have been back to talk to Castellan Pubba and Jerek but they just say their standard lines. Oh dear. I think I'll have to start again I'm just worried that I'll get to the same point and the same thing will happen

never had this problem - two chars - same result...

if you have the quest active and you are not progressing as you should either:

cancel the quest and retake it see

they are the only options you have, you must be doing something wrong as I have never seen or heard about this problem before!

It is sorted - I am saved (and also stupid) i thought char would automatically add on but because i have 4 she was in the party box. I just had to dump Melloni and add Tahlkora. (I read in a walkthrough that you get 5 heroes at this point - it meant a choice of 5 and not 5 altogether).
