Looking for Clarity

My best friend and I shelved our Necros for 13 months to play other chars.
We now want to finish Prophecies with them. We need to do D'Alessia and
Divinity Coast. Neither of us has the quest in our log and cannot get the
NPC to give it to us. Any suggestions? By the way, the sheilds on the map
have no crossed swords for these and are flashing.
Also, we are both able to access hard mode and neither of us has finished
the campaign or ascended with the Necros; any idea why we can do hard
mode?

Just click Enter Mission when in the outpost?

Hard Mode is unlocked for the account when any character on it finishes a campaign.

The enter mission window is not actvating for us. That iswhy i am confused.
I am being told to go west and see Confessor Dorian. the only way to do that is thru the mission.

If you're first in your party list and in the mission hub, you'll have the start mission button at the bottom of your party list. You don't need to have picked up the reward for the primary quest that brings you to a mission hub to start a Prophecies mission
