Tyria character can't get from Elona to Cantha for Zenmai

I am sort of stuck trying to get to Cantha from Elona with my Tyria character. I went to Elona from Lions Arch to get the starter heroes, then took all the quests up to Consulate Docks. I grabbed the 2 quests from Dinja for Olias and Zenmai but Kaineng Center does not show up on my Boat icon to click on, how do I get there?

just go back to LA then do the quest to get to kc
