Extremly nooby question about HM (hard mode)

Hello, i'm finally getting close to beating a guildwars campain and i'm thinking about the future with hard mode.
Now for the supid question that i am sorry to ask for. When you finish a campain and want to go to hard mode with a different name or with the name you beat it on "are the towns and outposts already unlocked?" Like i want to farm undead in the gates of kryta on my D/Mo, but i don't want to work my way back up to the gates of kryta mish.

Also, Where would be a few good farming places for:

D/Mo (usually gates and the coast)
E/Mo
W/Mo (usually trolls)

You'd have to get your dervish to gates of kryta, but you don't have to go there following the storyline. Just run there from LA and you can do HM as long as you've had another char beat Proph and your dervish is lvl20.

Glad i don't have to follow the story line.

In prophicies you can move past most areas without following the storyline, in Factions and Nightfall this is not the case.

Better to ask a stupid question once then make stupid mistakes for the rest of your life.

About the farming question, just check out the farming forum, there's lots of stuff there.

Don't worry about asking stupid questions. Honestly you shouldn't worry becuase what idiot would insult someone over the internet I believe doing that is the same principle as hitting someone and then running as fast as you can. It is a cowardly stupid act. Anyway consult the forums there is much to learn I'm still a newb and learing much everyday.
