The Xunlai Agent and Gwen tied for first place in my books.
Xunlai Agent because without her, I probably stop playing GW because I can't stand a messy inventory.
Gwen because we saw her in Pre and she joined the Hero's party when she became older. Great backstory. I set her up as a E-Surge Nuker and shes usually the last Hero/Henchman down.
For third place, I'd say MAD KING THORN!
