Paragon attack speed?

Did the Paragon recently get hit with the Nurf bat on attack speed, my para stands there posing with his spear for what seems like an awful long time.
Is this something new?

No ; try to use an ias and avoid the 3seconds charge time spear attacks x

Aggressive Refrain is good.

Although Aggressive Refrain did get kinda nerfed a while back by adding "cracked armor" condition to yourself when you apply the skill.

I hate the slow attack speeds of hammer wars, paras and rangers. If you can at al manage it or get your hands on any, pumpkin pie (+25% attack speed & skill recharge) = rock on.
