I doubt it will come into stores but it might become available from other online stores, with other payment methods.
To retail it there would need to be packaging and distribution which would price it too high.
Its just not worth a lot of money it was a small thank you for players who bought from their store.
Your talking 4 moderate length missions not playable by your characters only by the historical characters with their fixed skill-bar.
You don't get normal drops or money so the only reward are the reward items for completing the quests and you cannot sell those.
Its good but not that good.
