No, I did it because it makes more sense. When you're on a Frenzy, you pay attention to how much damage you're taking, but not how accurate you are. So, with Frenzy, instead of taking more damage, you would miss more. Because if you're in a Frenzy, you're just throwing wild blows against an enemy, trying to hit them, not worrying about if you're going to be hit or not. When you're taking damage while in a Frenzy, it snaps you back to reality, thus, realizing you're taking damage. Which is why it doesn't make sense to take double damage.

TO OP: NO, you know why? Because Frenzy is GOOD the way it WAS, It IS and It WILL! Change it so it misses 10% = For Iway noobs who spam skills and don't care if it hits!
