saved some of my reward points for some new skins for my PvP char so im my question is this..
will the skin be available if lets say I forget to save my equipment and replace the weapon with another one???

Im thinking reward points means balthazar?
Regardless, pvp only characters dont have "skins" except for the basic ones. If you delete and re-create a character you can load a template for that character. (provided it is the same class)
Now, if your questions means you bought something on a pve character and want to pvp with it I would suggest using pvp only characters for pvp only because of the flexibilty to create and change armor/shields/weapon/offhand/staff MUCH easier than a pve can change armor/shield/weapon/offhand/staff

Anyway, reward points are character based so they aren't actually unlocked. Therefore, you can't delete and remake a weapon with the new skin
