Okay, here is my idea:
You know when you link you're template and someone can click on it and see the template.
I would like to see the same with hexes or when you cast something.
Like this:
I'm using [Skill: Fire Attunement]. And someone can click it and see its description.
I hope you like this idea, thanks for watching

u move ur cursor on it and u can see skill discription whats bad in it ?

I think he means like, if you do that crtl + click on the skill your using, itll say in chat. And he wants it to work like if someone else wants to see how much dmg/whatever it'll do they can scroll mouse over it.

Or you know, you could ping your bar beforehand, and they could know what your skills do.

They can also target you and see the skill activated under your health bar.
But it would be nice to make the Damage Monitor show skill popus.
