I'll try to keep this short and to the point:
Guild Name: The Wielding Hand
Guild Premise: It's the wielder of the weapon and their personal attributes that makes the weapon powerful/effective. Honor, strength, loyalty and maturity are key elements.
Guild Hall: Yes, but not currently stocked, as we're looking for more members and using it mainly as a meeting place.
Guild Cape: Of course
Guild Members: Only a few right now, as we're selectively looking for older mature players.
Campaign: Prophecies, primarily.
Website: Not currently, as we communicate in-game and do not really have the need for a site right now (though I am personally a web designer) though that could change in the future.
Who We Are: We're comprised of primarily older members (28+) who love PvE and enjoying questing and farming in the beautiful environments of Prophecies. We're headed by one "alpha male" of a married couple who is very respectful, but tolerates no immaturity or b.s., and we're based in the U.S. (West Coast time) who still play pretty regularly (will be more if/when we can find others to join us). We're looking to create a small but tightly-knit adult guild who play for enjoyment and perhaps making some friends along the way.
We welcome and encourage actual women to join us, since it can be difficult to find any respectful people to play with much of the time, and we are extremely respectful of everyone, and treat women with respect.
We currently have no use for a website and do not use TeamSpeak or Vent as some of our members have families etc. and cannot use chat programs for one reason or another. We communicate just fine in-game
Who We're Looking For: Older adults (preferably 28+, though some exceptions might be made based on attitude and maturity) both female (preferred), couples (preferred) and select mature and respectful males. Must be mature, respectful, helpful and looking to be in and create a small but very tightly-knit community.
General: We've been playing for quite a while, and play for fun, though we'd like to play a little more with some other adults. We sometimes play for long periods at a time, day or night, but times and amounts played vary from person to person.
While some of our members are more "knowledgeable" than others, there is no "Ping your skills!" stuck-up behavior. We believe in helping players to build the best characters possible, but you are quite free to play any class and any build structure you like!
