Insectoid scytes are pretty darn rare, and the unpopular damage mod inscription can be changed.

A req 9 went for 100k+xx in high end, and a req 11 was being sold for ~75k

It's a Nov `07 thread, so while not entirely "current", it validates that the skin is wanted.

I will add that values may have declined since then as more of them were dropped...
