This isn't a glitch, both Targets I have been in in AZ are listed with a PRICE CUT sale tag on them. There are also a LOT of other games that have been bigtime cut. Even newer games like Sins of a Solar Empire, CoD4, Crysis, etc etc have 10-30 dollar off sales on now. WoW and Burning Legion are also really cheap.
My guess is that Target is pushing some game sales before the next quarter, this is a fairly low key consumer time. No holidays, no major push, and its well after the post-christmas/new years spending spree. Could also be part of their Presidents month sale or whatever. Their console games are widely on sale too. I took advantage and the C&C First Decade box for 20 bucks
.
Since there are a lot of other game price cuts, don't get all riled up that its GWENs downfall. Ironically, the other campaigns are the same price as normal (39.99 for Nightfall, 29.99 for Factions and Prophecies). Although at one of the Targets, all the MMOs were on sale, except for Nightfall (Factions and Proph were 19.99, I had two friend buy all but Nightfall last weekend to give the game a shot
).
So yeah, I doubt this is a nation-wide computer error.

To be fair, I doubt Target is losing that much money over this. I mean, they are losing money from people who would have bought GW:EN anyway, but they are getting a lot of people who wouldn't go into there store there. For example, when I went to the store to buy GW:EN, I also bought juice, Age of the Empires II, and a phone card. The money they lose on making profit from GW:EN was probablly of set by my impulse purchases (though I really did need the phone card).
