WTB One-Handed Necro Weapon

I have an SS necro, so I need a wand (or other weapon?) that has Curses (or Domination Magic no more than 10) as a req, and has +ene and/or health.

It's been hard for me to find anything, and I can use Korvald's Chakram due to my Dom Magic if I can find a good one-handed wand/weapon.

If someone could help me out, I'd appreciate it.

It's just insane in LA trying to find someone selling something this specific (no one selling exactly what I can use either, so far), so any help here is definitely appreciated!

Tain's Corruption

Cold damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Curses)
Halves skill recharge of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)

The Price check section has it listed at 8-12k, so I will accept 5k for it if you're interested.
