PC on Old School Eternal Shield

Well, the title is plain and simple. I would appreciate a PC on the following item:



The stats (in the case you cannot see the image for whatever reason) are as follows:

Armor 16 (Requires 8 Strength)
Received physical damage -2 (while in a Stance)

Hope this isn't too hard a call.

~5-10k or so, lack of a second damage mod kills the value.

i sold a purple one with the same mods, r9, for 30k. id shoot higher than 5.
