PC on Perfect Magmas Shield

i m looking to buy a Perfect Magmas Shield Req 9 Golden Inscipted and the other mods are not that inpotent...

i saw some people sell it for 100K + 70+ ecto... its worth that much?...

i have now 100K and 45E... u think there is any chance i will faind a Perfect Magmas Shield in the amount of gold i got now?
