Doppleganger Farming?

I just beat him with my ranger, i finished with 1/2 hp and i got the bonus. Is it worth to continually fight him to get drops? I got a gold wand from the first time i killed him.

Also, i GWW it and all i seen was a guide on how to "own" him..

EDIT: How do i change my 2nd proffession? Ive completed ascension but who do i go to to change it?

well the easiest way is to buy the from a professions trainer assuming u have factions or nightfall but if you only have prophecies then you have to do some quest that u get out in desert as for farming thing i got no idea

There is no real point in continuosly farming the Doppleganger as you only get the big experience bump one time. Drops are more effectively achieved elsewhere.

There are several ghosts in the desert outposts that will give you quests that will enable you to change your professions. You can also pick up 30 extra attribute points by completing a couple of desert quests. One of them starts in one of the outposts, the other in Drokners Forge. Go to guildwiki for all the detail.

after you beat the doppleganger you can goto the temple of balthazar via boat icon and talk to the preist there
