I'm not a derv pro, but my sets include:

Zealous
15^ench
+20% ench

Vampiric
15^50
Fortitude

Sundering
15^50
Fortitude

Crippling
15^50
Defense

Icy and Ebon (think I have a Fiery in my bags too)
15^50
Fortitude/20%Enchant

Hourglass Staff for Melandru casting

I tend to use the Sundering--->Vamp swap the most, the rest are for special builds.

As for damage...if u like to go hunting for a Chunk of Drake Flesh, as I do, hits of 198 are common for me against these weak monsters, and I have gotten black dye drops from Drakes as well, although I'm sure its not because
of using an Ancient...(just a little insight there). I find the weapon stats listed here truly sufficient that go very well with my build...many times, in a party of 8, I am the last one standing...

Marlenus Ar Errr.....Wasn't this a thread about mods, since when it turned about reselling scythe and drake flesh? and...a black dye....

Anwyays *deepbreath* I'd say Make multiple scythes that match your build.

Considering the lag waiting for weapon switches to go through, though, I honestly couldn't be bothered. Tap one of the movement keys and the switch will be instantaneous.
