Gold Req.7 Recurve bow

So... If wondering if this is any good?

Gold R7 Recurve bow. It's moddable so it can be made perfect. Damage is only 11-19.... but it's a recurve bow, so damage isn't really an issue is it? Hope u guys can give me an indication if it's worth keeping anwyay.. thanks
