Nerf Ursan Blessing! or we will all experience enormous devaluation in near future!

I doubt someone can say something against the oppinion that Ursan Blessing is ruining the game economy. Since it was introduced we can observe gigantic depreciation of value on many of the prestigous game items... In addition it enabled countless hordes of noobs to enter (and thus spoil) some of the elite in-game areas. I am not even visiting DoA any more because of that fact.

In my oppinion it should be either removed or seriously nerfed.
What do you guys think?

PS. I do have the skill and my Norn is at R10 (for those with the intention of flaming)

No, it should not be nerfed or removed, if it helps more players to experience parts of the game that they othervice would not have done then thats good.

It needs removed.

Over 1100 skills in the game, billions of build options, all reduced to one "Blessing" and thats it, all you need. Such a waste.

I don't care that "noobs" can use it, I don't care that it helps people experience other areas, I don't care about it "de-valueing" things, I just think it's down right stupid.

I've not really contributed anything to this debate, but my purely personal view is as follows.

The few times I've played with Ursan users in PUGs, they have been, without exception horribly selfish and apparently unskilled players. Here's and example. For some illogical reason, I like helping players through THK. In a recent group, the only Ursan decided he was invincible and despite everyone else agreeing to camp the king, rushed off and aggroed multiple groups. Despite our best efforts we wiped.

I'm not saying all Ursan users are like this, but I don't use Ursan, and in future will probably avoid pugging with Ursan users.

However, I don't see any need to nerf it. Just make a small change so any toon with Ursan equipped shambles about with its knuckles dragging on the ground, so I know who to avoid.......

Far more significantly for me might I add is the total narrowing of builds. I can rarely get into a group in ToA because everyone is either Ursan, HB, or a "noob". It's pathetic. Ursan shows little skill, and is a breeding ground for elitism (i.e. use HB, WoH or get lost). I am all for nerfing the blessing.

Some mate of mine was running an Ursan monk and ended up rushing mobs and dying in HM.
Dunno why he did it though....fool he was!

I have only done a UB group once for Urogz. It was actually fun. Sorry, all of my drops were crap, but I had fun. After it was over I dropped UB and went back to my regular build, and I continued to have fun. In the future if I want to go do another elite area and I find a group that will have me along I will go along, if they say they are going to go as a UB group, I will go UB... to have fun. I could really care less about the economy.

Yeah Ursan makes things really easy. Less challenge and risk. But lower the prices for expensive items in the trade market? Heck yeah. Infact make Ursan even more powerful.

I joined an Ursan PUG in DoA yesterday and finally managed to beat one of the areas. I think it was great fun, at least much better than the Obsidian Tank crap.=D
Ursan makes Domain of Anguish fun.=P At least I don't have to join some random elite guild or have lots of experienced friends to beat it now.^^

i dont care about economy, i just dont want to be forced to use ursan everywhere i go and need to join a group....

i mean seriously, if i really wanted to play like this, i would make a whole bunch of diffrent looking warriors instead of my 10 (1 of each class) characters.

I'm usually a ranger and have never been turned away from an Ursan group for not being a warrior. Also I don't recall being in a group that strictly only wanted Ursans and a monk or two. You may find groups that will let you do other builds.

i dont no if yall was around but after gems price droped in doa no 1 woudd go there.ursan has brought life back to doa and give u someting to do.anyways y nerf ursan all 4 of the gems can be farmed ne way 2 or 3 man for titans/margo in foundry e/a build fot torments and solo trap veil. most of the gems have not even drop to where they was right after every1 stoped doing doa.it was after all stoped going to doa that the gems price went back up.then ursan came and droped them again.also ursan let u get stuff for ur HOM that u would not been able to get with say a mes or like a sin.
