Alliance for guild?

Hey guys i'm new to the whole guild business and i want to get a Kurzick Alliance for my guild and i was wondering what i need to do and where to go. Thanks in advance guys!

In order to form/join an alliance, you must have Guild Wars Factions. If you don't, it's impossible to start up an alliance.

Since you're trying to allign with the Kurzicks, you need to take any of your characters to House Zu Heltzer and talk to the Allegiance NPC there. It costs 500g to allign yourself with a faction, but after that you're all set.

Take your pick. You can look up anything on the official wiki in-game by typing "/wiki XXXX" in chat where X is the term you want to search for.

Or, press F10.
Or, type "/help" in chat.
Or, type "/wiki" in chat to minimize GW, and open the main page of the official Wiki.

You can find many answers to common questions there.

Unless you have a friend to pass over ownership of the guild to...to set up the alliance, then have him pass it back over.

Nope, you can't unfortunately

Most of Factions can't be ran since the gates are closed and you gotta progress through mission completion.

Not really. You must complete all the missions and primary quests before HzH first. There will be locked gates and closed portals throughout Factions.
