PC notched blade

as title sais. PC on a Q9 clean notched blade.

~5k? Not much of a high demand for these blades.

Saw one recently being sold at 5k. Imo it could push ~10k being an end dungeon item as well as having a moderate looking skin even though the dungeon itself is made a mockery of daily but that's an argument for another time.
