Hey, coming back to the game after leaving before any expansions were released. I have one quick question.
I have Prophecies linked to my account and nothing else. Since it is essentially the same world as the expansions, people from say Factions will still be randomly travelling to Ascalon or Droknar's. What I wanted to know is, would I be able to buy weapons that are only offered in Factions from players, even though I only have Prophecies? Seems like a lot of headache if I couldn't.
The reason I want to know is obviously I want some of the weapon designs from the other games, seeing nothing at all attractive about the Prophecies weapon designs. I would rather pump all of my money into a weapon that I will be using the entire 4 chapters than do it again later. I have a ton of quests I have yet to complete in prophecies before I get an expansion. Any info will help, thanks.
