Dropped Gloom shield in UW

hi thanks for taking time out to look at this and plz help me !

i opened a phantom chest in UW and i was dropped a req9 gloom shield (str)
i havent IDed it yet becoz the only mod i know is +28hp..

i was wondering if it is gona be inscr or uniscr????
this will make a huge difference to wot i do with shield.. and how rare will it be if its uninscr.. or do these drop in UW alot?

It won't be inscriptable.

Weapons dropped from monsters and key-needing chests in UW do not use the inscription system.

well if it had +10 vs something as well as your +28hp it might be worth something. same with -2 stance or -2 while enchanted.
