My guess is for a green drop weekend. I was surprised that the last weekend was a rep weekend considering the previous rep weekend came after the dye weekend and we still haven't hada dye drop weekend.

1) Traders buy things for half the economy price.
2) Everyone's AL goes down to the equivalent of what a caster would have at that type of armor (ie warrior drok's will be 60, starter warrior armor will be the equivalent of starter elementalist).
3) The Seers don't infuse you.
4) Ursan costs 50 energy to use, making it a pain for non-casters.
5) UW and FoW are double entry fee.
6) Lockpicks always break.
7) Enemies' attacks remove enchantments. TAKE THAT YOU 55ERS! THAT'S FOR BREAKING THE ECONOMY!
8) "Normal Mode" button for Factions is disabled and everything is automatically Hard Mode. TAKE THAT FACTIONS! THAT'S FOR BREAKING THE ECONOMY!
