Icy Dragon Sword of Fortitude
Cold dmg: 15-22 (requires 9 swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Health +30

perfect slavage mods from the gloom. shield clean ~15-20k
IDS - generally 10-15k, although I know one person who got lucky and sold one for 30k about a week ago. with the +30 on it, it might hit 20k, but tbh I'd perfect salvage the fortitude pommel and sell it separately
