im pretty sure the monk staff exists, it would need to be modded as so:
20% adept staff head
20% enchant staff wrap
20% aptitude not attitude inscrip
20% inherent mod

that would give 40% HCT prot, 20% HCT all spells, and 20% enchant.

The staff exists however theirs only 3 skins that can come as req9 prot in PvE.

I have a req9 prot staff - palmette skin (insc) - already has +20% enchants plus 2 x perf "Aptitude not Attitude" inscriptions. Give me a whisp ingame - will be looking for 45k for the lot.
