GW:EN PVE Skill Usage ?

Ok, so I've bought the game, but can't play it for another month and am designing builds in the mean time. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Anyways, I read about different titles in EOTN giving bonuses when in specific parts of the game and someone ran into the idea that PVE Asuran/Norn/Vanguard/Deldrimor skills are also territory specific. Is that true?

Can you only have a Norn skill in a Norn part of GWEN or can I go back an play Nightfall/Prophecies/Factions with them as well? Can you mix up your bar with skills from all the different PVE groups?

Also, are the new PVE only skills from alligance rank/sun spear titles restricted in their usage?

I've read that you can only use three PVE skills at one time. Is this correct and are all the ones listed above counted the same towards that number?

Not entirely. Firstly, the "title effects" are not skills (you don't add them to your skill bar).
[wiki]Edification[/wiki] (Asuran title effect) gives you energy only when you are in Asuran territory.
[wiki]Heart of the Norn[/wiki] (Norn) gives extra health only in Norn territory.
[wiki]Rebel Yell[/wiki] (Vanguard) works against all Charr (anywhere).
[wiki]Stout Hearted[/wiki] (Dwarven) works against all Destroyers (anywhere).

You can use the Asuran/Norn/Vanguard/Deldrimor skills anywhere (PvE) and you can mix them. (And you can use the Vanguard and Dwarven title effects anywhere.)

Yes, you can only equip 3 PvE skills at a time. The "title effects" don't count toward the 3 skills.

NO PvE skills but yeah you can use 3 Pve skills

Also, remember that signet of capture is a PvE only skill and counts towards the limit.
