15Kish is the non-inscribable one. This one only drops from Heroes Ascend reward chest for as far as i know. Maybe from the Zaishen Chest, but no other.

~15k imo as well. Non inscribables are generally worth more than inscribables, btw.

Oni Daggers do not drop with inscriptions, they only drop from HoH.

Bought a pair of noninscr ones req 9 15^50 for 10k

So 10 to 15kish IMO

Just because they dropped from Halls, does not make them worth more.
