just a quick question if i have prophecies and faction pve packs and have nightfall pvp pack could i use tomes to get nightfall skills in pve or not?

No, only if you own the NF campaign, otherwise you can't unlock/use them.

No. To go one with what Earth said, you can only by Factions skills from Factions trainers, Prophecies ones from Prophecies trainers, etc. Since you don't have access to NF, you don't have access to the skill trainers who can teach you those skills.

Now... technically I'm not sure about using tomes, but I'm going to go with what Earth said and say its not possible.

when you buy the nf pvp pack it unlocks the skills, but since you dont OWN the skill(you dont own nightfall) i dont think it will work...

Since it's a PvP skill unlock pack, they only work in PvP, no matter which PvE campaigns you own.

Pretty sure you can buy them in PvE from skill trainers or use tomes to get them.
