never noticed this on my heroes but while playing on monk i noticed that about 40% of the time jamei's doesn't heal for the amount on the spell only for divine favor.

Jamei's gaze has never been bugged for me. And yeah, that build makes me cry. Death pact signet is lol on a monk.

i know how to fix this...
take out all ur skills other then cure hex, and make a new build w/o using any of the skill u are using now other than cure hex, and its fixed

There's no need for the name-calling I feel. And yes, ok, he wanted to know if the skill was bugged...but it wouldn't be right to let him go on beliveing that his monk build was great. It's not. It's sub-par, and there is no reason why we shouldn't try to help him understand why.

What he is describing could be a new variation on one of two bugs--both of them well known.
1. Jamie's Gaze is not making the red bar "go up". Sometimes, if you hit someone with a powerheal after a 25% rez has been used on them (ZB or WoH quite commonly, or an HBooned Heal Other) their red bar reverts to zero on your party window. A hit from an enemy or another heal usually allows the baron your screen to reset. The heal was actually applied.
2. A variation on the Deep Wound glitch. WoH is notorious for not healing for its full amount when a player is at less than 50% health and suffering from deep wound. Even is they are less than 50% of the respecced (deep wounded) bar, it will not heal for full amount. Can't remember the numbers off hand, but its something like if you heal someone with a 220HP WoH, they only get like 180HP off the heal.
Those are my best approximations on what I know and what you've said. I'd guess you're getting bug #1 but for some reason you're getting it more often than usual. This may--actually--be due to your build and the use of cloned skills (that is a wild guess on my part right now; I'll roll your build and test shortly). Rest assured, just like your heroes, your target is getting its full heal. if #2 is the case, but more extreme, then it should definatly be reported as a bug.

Well im not here to criticize but ANET has a huge problem and bugs with the heros that needs to be fixed i have a feeling its doing job jsut fine in my opinon to help your heros bar out put something worth while for the elite because peace and harmony isnt worth it if its healing WoH or Healing Light works great on heros
