PC on a Gold 16armor Copperleaf Shield req8 motivation

The current inscription is a crappy one , "only the strong survive" ~ reduces weakness by 20% stacking.

EDIT : I found some older posts that said the shield goes for 30 to 50k , but i need to make sure on the actual price.
