since the staff doesn't have other mods infront should i add it b4 i try to sell it cox i found it kina hard to sell this staff. can't even get near 700k

Modding any thing..imo ..doesn't change the inherent value of the item.
Let the buyer mod it as he wishes. He will be happy to just get a orrish skin perfect staff for cheap.

Yes, if I wouldn't get 800k-1 mil, I simply wouldn't sell it, regardless of the req and interest. Simply put, you do not often find perfect 10/10 or 20/10 Orrish staffs. In fact, this is the first one I personally have seen.

A req 8 sold for 1800k, so definitly (sp) dont sell for under 800k. You will have to put up with lowballs, just let the auction run until the price is high

but the req8 got sold to a desparte buyer..

lol 1800k???? does the req really matters that much esp it's for an elementalist, i understand why it's soo vital to keep it low for a warrior or ranger but an ele??? 1800k is crazy ...

It doesn't matter to someone who's buying the staff to actually use it. But to a collector, req is everything.
