How do i get "I am the Strongest"

i just wanted this skill for my dervish that is in NF atm , the wiki says

Truthseeker (Gunnar Poundfist in Gunnar's Hold) from this quest as a reward , but when i get to gunnar poundfist he doesnt give me that quest , what do i have to do to acquire it?

im lvl 1 norn title alredy ;p

Have you done "Curse of the Nornbear" yet? It's required before you can get Truthseeker.

First you will need to finish the quest "Curse of the Nrnbear". Then just go to the west side of Drakkar Lake and talk to him. It is possible to reach him by simply running from either Olafstead or Sifhalla using continuous speed boosting skills and dodging Frozen Elemental snares.
