Use what you want, basically. Change out critical eye for deadly paradox, way of perfection, or res sig. Your choice. This build is just meant for continious anti-melee pressure. No heal, but you never hit low energy. I use it alot in HB, but just tell me what you think of it.

i have no idea why you would run this over a moebius or shattering assault build

Anyways I haven't found much use for Locust Fury after it got changed from critical hits to double strikes.

The trick to LF is either by using lots of damage buffs (Conjure Flame works nicely if you're not planning on using a team build), or exploiting the high adren/energy gain by using skills like Brawling Headbutt or some sort of high energy spammable skill. Otherwise, it's pretty meh, especially if you use attack skills, as double strikes only trigger on non-attack skills. But really, run what you want, especially in PvE, and don't let these forum people tell you something's bad.

If the goal is to use Locust's Fury, then I'd suggest something with an IAS and that functions completely on the attacking, not attack skills.

i don't think that locust's fury is a bad elite at all , its just weak if you see other elites like shadow prison and moebius strike.
it's just that it's pretty hard to make a build around it , since it shouldn't be used with attack skills , it's like an elite to make an "utility sin" , something similiar to the build that i have posted here

If every other healing spell didn't exist, Healing Breeze would be good. However, because every healing spell available is better and more efficient than Breeze, it's bad... see the logic?

not only that but the skill doesn't work on attack skills i have tested it and i know for a fact that it doesn't. Not only that but to get any real challenge in HB you have to face someone thats at least 1000 rank....which my spidey senses are telling me your not....

Lead and offhand attacks cannot be double hits or duel strikes so LF is wasted on that build.
