PC on Shadow Blade

I found an interesting blade today, wanted to know if it's worth anything.

Purple Weapon
Barbed Shadow Blade of Defense
Dam 15-22 (req 9 Swordsmanship)
Damage +18% (while health is below 50%)
Armor +5
Lengthens Bleeding duration on foes by 33%

I didn't think it was worth much, but I can't see anything else listed above 15%. Any thoughts?

Heres a little list for you of all the possible inherent mods available in game now.

+5 energy
15% -1 energy regeneration
15%-1 health regeneration
15% while health is over 50%
15% -10 armour while attacking
15% - 5 energy
15% stance
15% enchanted
15% vs hexed
20% while hexed
20% while health is below 50%

The legendary 'unconditional' inherent mod is not on this list, as they no longer drop.

Yours is a purple imperfect version of one of, if not the, most undesired mod. Sadly its pretty much worthless. I would salvage the armour mod and put that on something more usefull.
