are you guys serious? i've used this skill for a long time and i barely realized it because my hench/heroes charge shout made me run faster and i barely took a look at it. almost every1 in my alliance didnt know about this until i told them just now.

i think its fair in a way that flame djinn's haste would have 33% faster movement since ele's are not tanks. I guess thats just my opinion.
