To heroes, does a KD function like an interupt, or do they just randomly KD enemies?

Randomly.
If its something like a hammer attack, they spam as soon as its ready, a spell like shock or gale they just plain spam.

so whats the lesson? never use shock or gale on heroes :P

nvr use spamable spells that cause exhaust on heroes unless you want to micro them
