Engage IndeedJoined Sep 2007Feb 28, 2008 at 7:32 AM • #2No, you cannot add a shield handle to it since it is uninscribable. As for value, maybe a couple k to the hardcore DoA fanatic who hasn't discovered outside yet but usually single modded inherent shields are fed to the merchant.
